Working closely with BetterFleet has given us valuable insights into our future planning and strategies in relation to increasing EVs within our fleets.

I was pleasantly surprised with how their software easily absorbed HASTUS data and transformed it into a real zero emission transport scenario, providing data on what the proposed solution would look like from a practical energy and operational perspective.

I have confidence in submitting proposals to clients that have been developed in partnership with BetterFleet, and on the back of successful proposals already submitted, we now have an opportunity to accelerate our zero emission transition. I wish I had access to BetterFleet’s platform when I started my own journey to zero emission. As Engineering director for a large London Bus operator, I had the challenge of convincing a board of executive directors that moving towards Electrification was not only the right thing to do but actually achievable and easier to deliver than the sceptics were suggesting.

Having the ability to accurately model what the future could look like by creating a digital twin of the proposed network, running scenarios with different vehicle manufacturers, technologies and infrastructures, to then be able to produce a strategic executable plan supported by financial and TCO models would have been invaluable at the time.
